I’ve been trying to register for the All Access pass here, as I am an avid DIY’er and would love to take full advantage of all the great resources on this site to help me learn and improve my skills. However, I’ve tried a few times to register, received confirmation and charges on my card, and yet am still unable to get access to the unlimited digital content.
Can someone on the customer support team help me out here? My previous interactions with that team have led to a refund on my earlier attempts, but I’m still really interested in getting access to the site’s content.

In the old days there’d be the suggestion of opening in a different browser. That always seemed to me a bs answer.
But then again, you heard it from a dumb carpenter.
