Reboot your pc and refresh the password. Have you scanned for the network to make sure its there?
Impossible to know with info given....what all has gone on that caused the initial problems logging into your puter...and what all has gone on since....and what the current symptoms/behaviors are. Current problem and resolution could be one or more of many potential faults/ errors or system settings....or even a problem with the NIC.
The simplest/easiest resolution *might* be to create a new restore point...and then do a system restore back to a date just before the problems began.
Cross your fingers.
