Thought it was going to be simple to replace the old chrome vanity cabinet with flourescent lights with with the new setup. I distractedly assumed it was fed by the existing wall switch and ceiling light but NOOOOO. Of course it was wired hot with its own button switch from a different feed. I have access to the switch from the new cabinet so the question is — If power comes through the ceiling fixture and then is routed to the switch, is there any wiring I can do after the switch to control the new vanity cabinet lights? Or do I end up having to switch the new lights separately?
