Picked up a couple Andersen stationary circle top windows dirt cheap at an auction the other day and had the idea of mounting them opposing each other to create a circle. Either mounting one right side up and the other upside down or mounting them both with the bottoms (sash) vertically.
I spoke with a Andersen rep. that said from looking at a cut away of the product he could’nt really see why not, but also said he knew the company would not recommend it for liability reasons.
Has anyone ever mounted circle tops this way?
Thanks

The one thing you need to check is if their are any weep holes in said window(s). Some times fixed windows wont have them . Like "flex-frame" style , from Andersen. And when installing make sure the flanges are the correct overlap, some Andersen windows come with interchangeable fins to compensate for different wall thickness.
