We are trying to decide which way to run our 12″x 24″ entry tiles. We have a pretty good idea which one but I always feel better with external input.
Attached are pictures of 2 possibilities the first 2 pictures are of the tiles running perpendicular to the bamboo floor and the other 2 pics are of the tiles running parallel to it.

For what it's worth, I think they look better run with the long way parallel to the bamboo.
You might try asking this at Breaktime (go to top of this page and click right after "Other Taunton Sites")--someone there will maybe even resize your photos so they don't take so long to download.
