I have just landed my first big custom home, budget 1 mil +, and I feel like it may be time to invest in scheduling software. I hope to be doing this size project and no more than 2 a year with some smaller remodel work to fill the gaps and keep guys busy. I have looked at Microsoft Project and UDA software which seem to be more than I need.
Has anyone had experience with this software or others and have any suggestions for a company my size.
Thanks,Frank

I have use Project, and it is very versitile. You can make your schedules as simple or copmplex as you want. For the basic functions, it is easy to use.

Back in the mid 80's, I reviewed a bunch of project management software, for the purpose of teaching it.

Frank,
MS Project will easily do what you need for that small of a project. It is simple to learn and well supported with on-line forums.
