When doing a bid. How do some of you imput tools that you bought (example) tile saw, pressure washer, nail guns etc. that you are going to you use on that job into the bid?

If it's not a rental, it's part of my yearly figures for overhead. On rare occasion I have included a cost similar to that of a rental. For the most part it is a part of doing business, not something the customer should be subsidizing wholly or directly.

same as calvin says .. part of overhead costs.
Unless it's a tool that is required by that one specific job, you know you have to have it, and you will never use it again.
Or, A tool you know you will wear out totally on that one job. That's few and far between now, on all but small hand tools.
Very rare to do either.
If it's one you don't have but will use elsewhere later, it's capital equipment, goes into the yearly budget and is amortized over it's tax lifetime. (Your tax person should be able to explain it better.)
If it's a left-handed frimmenfrantz used to set the custom made double-jay effenwhatz spec'd on the job, charge it against the job as a specialty tool.
