This was a poorly designed small, eat in galley kitchen in a bungalow on the North Shore of Long Island. We changed the layout, fixed the lighting and hot rodded the appliances. We were going for a commercial/cottage feel. Our design philosophy was to make it look and run like a well appointed yacht. The dishwasher and trash pullout were masked to look like a cabinet so that the vanishing lines would pull the eye rather than stop it. Soapstone counters. T & S Brass faucet. Bosch dishwasher. Liebherr frig. Blue Star range. Golden oak stain on the floor with a moisture cure finish. This thing is on steroids.
