This circular saw from Makita has a switch-activated LED light that illuminates the cutline
Makita’s second saw in this class offers good balance and clearance for gloved hands, although gaps on each side of the trigger can pinch small fingers. It has no bevel detents and was the only saw we tested that limits the bevel angle to 45 degrees. A switch-activated LED light illuminates the cutline. The saw’s blade brake is standard.
