When photographing this tiny kitchen, I took a moment to focus on the details. This kitchen was maybe a 100 sq ft and the apartment tennents used some clever storage solutions to make it a chef’s kitchen. This detail shows the multi purpose pot/spice/tool rack mounted behind the cooktop. It’s fun to photograph peoples’ resourcefulness and even gives me ideas for my own home.

I do think that "apartment size" appliances are one of life's greatly overlooked options. I mean, how often does a 2-person household want to broil a 23-lb turkey?
