Protecto Wrap’s new Form Flash and Form Flash 2 is among the most-flexible flashing tapes I’ve tried. Both are peel and stick EPDM (synthetic rubber). Form Flash is the less-expensive option, but it must be protected with cladding within 30 days. Form Flash 2 can be left exposed, making it suitable for roofs and other exposed application.
A standardized approach, quick-to-install hardware, and a simplified design make building custom casework cost-effective.
