I AM AN ADVOCATE OF THE ARCHITECT. IAM A SMALL GC IN PA. MY BEST JOBS, AND EVEN MY BUSINESS HAS BEEN BUILT ON RELATIONS WITH SOME GREAT ARCHITECTS. MY ONLY FRUSTRATION COMES WHEN THE ARCHITECTS ARE ALWAYS ANDI DO MEAN ALWAYS WAY OFF ON THERE COST ESTIMATES. WHEN THE CLIENT TELLS THE ARCHITECT THE BUDGET WHAT IS THE ARCHITECTS LIABILITY WHEN THE BIDS ARE WAY HIGHER THAN ASKED FOR. THIS COST ME TONS MORE TIME TO SORT OUT. WHATS THE ANSWER.
