Is there any good reason to cover lintles? I am disputing this with a few colleagues that believe that aluminimum coverage should wrap over the lintles and be placed with drip holes. The particular job is installing aluminum commercial windows into an old brick apartment complex. Some lintles are in need of repair (another reason to keep them exposed), but the client has decided to wait. I look forward to people’s comments.
