Floor to foundation connection to prevent uplift and lateral displacement

Building a 18′ x 21′ out building. Foundation is a series of piers with a 4 x 8 beam on top of piers. Beam is located 8″ above grade. Walls will be framed on top of beam.
Using let-in bracing rather than sheathing. What type of connector should I use to anchor the band board and walls to the sill plate to meet code’s uplift requirement of 800lbs for each connection at the corners and at all openings? Each sill plate (16″ long) has 2 1/2″ foundation bolts set in concrete securing it to the pier.
See attached images of the beam (typical) mounted on top of sill plate and pier.
