I have a customer that whats a garage add on addition to his mobile home. The MH is 28′ wide. The concrete slab has ready been poured and its 28′ long, 28′ wide and is 4″ thick no footers just a floating slab. The guys that poured the slab did a poor job and is uneven and did not install anchor bolts. Somebody with more experience please tell me how to go about this project. Thanks in advance

What building experience do you bring to your customer?
Did 2 years in trade school, after graduation i basically did home repair and remodeling. This would be my first project in building something from ground up.
honestly?
if you dont know the answer to that you shouldnt be doing it.
putting a garage on a slab as you discribe it would be a mistake. you need footers a proper apron for starters. you can build on concrete without j bolts installed during the pour but it shouldnt matter since your going to pour footers and then build it right???...
First check with the AHJ to see if it's legal to build a garage on that slab.
You might be able to put wedge anchors in the concrete but I doubt any AHJ anywhere would let you build on a "slab" that does not have a monoslab footer on the perimeter.
Here, with no frost line at all, it still needs to be a foot below grade and a foot wide, to build anything.
another caution..
Your info doesn't suggest the intent but don't rely on the mobile home structure to help support anything additional.
They are typically engineered just strong enough to support what rolls out the factory door.
