Im laying out a 2-bay garage with a small HO shop area in the leftover area of a 30′ wide space. How much space shuld I allow between the two bays(9′). 32″? 36″?There will be a two post for the center upstairs girder.Id like to start the first bay as close as I can to the corner but there wil be a side door on that side. And im also not sure of the ruff opening for the doors in the block since its only 4 courses and then a 2×4 stud wall on top.Since the inside wall has to be flush for the door opening hardware do i need a 2x jamb of PT inside the block opening? Thanks for any help.

Source control, ventilation, and filtration are the keys to healthy indoor air quality. Dehumidification is important too.

Since concret blocks are 16", I'd go with 32" between the doors. If you are asking should you frame the door openings with like 2X8's I would say yes; I would probably use PT, but don't think you have to have it there. ( I would use it because the bottom of the 2X's will be resting on the concrete floor, more than likely.) Use PT on the mud sills though for sure. I'm not sure I understand everything you've said. One thing to remember is that your standard garge door that slides up and in with four panels riding on rollers in a track is that the door seals against the inside of the opening (doesn't sit between the sides of the opening).
I'll just address the man-door Q: swing the door outward then u only need 2x4 jambs. No need for PT as u will put sill-gasket between lumber and conc. Anchor-bolts let into bottom courses will keep jamb firm.
