Instead of joining two existing structures, architect Robert Swain made two “urban cabins”. Dividing the living spaces with a cedar path, he invites the gardens into his everyday experience. The back cabin contains the office and master bedroom suite- the front cabin has the living room, kitchen, bath and guest bedroom. A decidedly un-urban experience in the middle of a city.
