Eastern white cedar shingles, stained barn red, clad the walls and roof of this simple, modern Vermont house bridging wooded wetlands and open meadow. This is a favorite shoot of mine from last fall where the light, fall colors and architecture came together seamlessly. I love being able to see into the house, the homeowner relaxing and then out to the view of Buck Mountain on the far side. Fall shoots always change quickly and dramatically as the days get shorter and colder.
