“Nestled in the heart of Stowe VT, this traditional cape was remodeled to reflect the contemporary lifestyle of the clients while adhering to a sense of place. Simple, resilient materials were selected to withstand the harsh Vermont climate with very little maintenance. Subtle details and minimal roof overhangs give the home new character by building on traditional forms. Large windows flood the interior with daylight and provide maximum ventilation in the summer months.” Brian Hamor, Architect
