This dramatic sunroom, designed by Hutker Architects adds a beautiful and dynamic room to this house on Martha’s Vineyard. Octagonal in shape, the space has lovely views of the water and meadows outdoors. Clerestory windows add ventilation and light to the room, as well as a sense of openness and transparency. The floor of beechwood has a cherry inlay reflecting the pattern of the rafters in the ceiling. The fireplace, made of limestone, completes the space with a source of light and warmth.
