This cheerful second floor study in a Martha’s Vineyard home is an inviting place to enjoy a sunny afternoon. Designed by architect Jacob Albert of Albert, Righter & Tittman Architects Inc. the room sits atop a hip roofed porch, adding a nice touch to the outside while giving the homeowners a wonderful, light filled room for study or relaxing. Windows on all three sides bring in lots of sun and freshening breezes, and a built in window seat provides a nice spot to stretch out. The window seat has pull-out drawers for storage. Bead board wainscoting and a board and batten ceiling complete the detailing in the little room. Sweet!
