I have been drawing the construction drawings, for our company for several years now. Starting with plans from an architect, heading over to the engineer’s, and then back to the home owner, for the final OK. Inevitably the home owner wants to change parts of the original plans. I have had no formal design training, and often stumble over good design suggestions. I am searching for any books that teach some straight forward design principles. Any suggestions?
